Bookings
All bookings made through Phuket Diva are subject to written confirmation. A booking is only guaranteed once dates, rate and scope have been agreed in writing. This is a template document and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
Rates and quotes
Published rates are indicative and per companion. Final quotes depend on duration, travel and any special arrangements, and are provided in writing before confirmation.
Privacy & photography
Please respect the privacy of our companions. Photography or recording is permitted only with explicit consent, and any personal details shared during a booking must remain confidential.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to the full booking value, as set out at confirmation.
Conduct
Clients agree to provide a safe, respectful environment. We reserve the right to end a booking without refund where a companion’s safety, comfort or dignity is at risk.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a booking.
